David Arthur began building swimming pools in 1984 and started his own company in 1987 due to many years of experience Costa Rica Pools has become one of the top builders of swimming pools in the Kansas City area. David provides oversight and is closely involved in all day to day operations of Costa Rica Pools. He has built many community, commercial and residential swimming pools.
